Public Relations

The Managing Director shall appoint a representative to speak publicly on all matters pertaining to RIS Limited and its operations. This designee will be the only credible source to relay any and all information concerning the company.

Customer Satisfaction

RIS Limited is dedicated to satisfying its customer’s needs. Customer feedback can be sent via email to the QHSE Department.

Customer Order Communications

All customer orders requests are sent via email. Verbal communication of an order is welcomed but a follow up email with request is still needed to confirm the requirements of the job and availability.
