RELIANT Inspection Services Limited & Reliant Inspection Services Inc. commits to a quality policy that will ensure that all services provided will achieve the highest level of customer, satisfaction each and every time.

The quality policy is based on Three (3) fundamental principles;

Ensuring all employees understand their roles and responsibilities so that it can be done right first and every time

Identifying and understanding customer needs so that we can meet and exceeding their expectations.

Evaluating our internal/external processes and identifying any potential errors so that they can be corrected to prevent and future break downs.

Reliant Inspection Services Ltd demonstrates its commitment to quality by its management commitment to the implementation of the quality policy, documented processes and procedures that provide the frame work for establishing and reviewing the quality objectives.
The quality policy principles and objectives will be communicated and available to all members of staff at all times, posted throughout the company. Its role is explained and discussed at the general orientation training provided to all employees. Training will be an integral part of the strategy to achieve objectives.
Reliant Inspection Services Limited within this policy is committed to operating under the disciplines and control of a QMS conforming to the International Standard ISO 9001:2015. Our company will continuously improve through period review of our policy, services in order to provide a high quality of service to our customers and achieve ultimate customer satisfaction.

HSE Policy
It is the policy of Reliant Inspection Services Limited & Reliant Inspection Services Inc. to ensure the health and safety of all its employees, contractors and visitors throughout various levels of operations. RIS Limited is committed to the preservation of the environment considering all impacts through our processes by managing and controlling them.

RIS Limited provides non-destructive testing to the Oil & Gas Industry. To manage and control our environmental impact, we practice safe work behaviours to prevent harm or danger to the health of humans, animals and plants, also safeguard the environment from pollution.
